I want to help 100 people close on an investment property in 2025. That is my number one priority.
I want to see you in a house. I want to see you investing your money in an asset that has the potential to increase your income without depreciating in value. You deserve that, your family deserves that.
However, I don't know exactly where everyone stands goal wise. So in order to reach as many people as possible, I'm attacking this [100 closings] goal from three angles. This membership is angle number 3.
This membership (and more specifically the first cohort of 2025) is focused solely on the INVESTORS. So much has changed since I started this group MORE THAN FOUR YEARS AGO and I'm THRILLED to be able to share with you all that has developed. - When will the class be held? This class will be held LIVE using ZOOM on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at 9am EST.
- Will the classes be recorded? Yes! The class will be recorded. It will be made available to all participants by Monday, December 30, 2024 on the Teachable platform.
- Will I have the chance to ask questions? Absolutely! Asking questions is a key part of any learning experience. There will be specified times throughout the entire session for Q&As.
- Is there a discount code? No need! This info session is completely free.
- How many people can register? There is no cap for the info session. Zoom has plenty of space! But enrollment for the membership will be restricted to 10 people for this cohort to make sure I am able to still provide that quality consistently.
